I have a cough I've had for years that only happens when I lay down and about to drop off to sleep. Now, I place one of these under my tongue when I lay down and no more coughing! The thing about homeopathic remedies is you don't touch the pellet. Dispense it into the cap by turning upside down and twisting until one drops into the cap. Pop it under your tongue from there.

All Boiron items are the best. I wasn't introduced to homeopathy until adulthood, but since finding Boiron I haven't gotten sick once (knock on wood). I start taking it at the first sign of symptoms, and then I start feeling better within a day or two.
