I had a lingering cough deep in my lungs. Had trouble breathing. Lots of painful dry coughing but nothing coming up, no relief, just keeping me from sleeping properly. I knew I wanted guaifenesin, and maybe something to stop the coughing. Ideally also some bromhexine, but 2 out of 3's not bad. This worked as hoped for. Didn't taste too bad, and allowed me to get a night's rest, finally. Very pleased. The capsule version of this works great too.

You only need a minimal amount of the liquid to feel the long lasting benefits.
