So far, this is my favorite canned mackerel. I really like the mixed flavors of the red bell shavings and olives, combined with the olive oil. It also possesses a certain visual appeal. There's a red tint to the oil and I find the presentation appetizing. Very tasty and filling in my opinion!

A quality product with clean ingredients. It tastes special. I suggest eating it alone. You can pair it with some BBQ chips or plain white rice, but don't mix it with other spices or foods. I made that mistake, and I didn't enjoy the taste of the meal.

A healthy form of protein, wild caught is probably higher quality. I’d like to know more about if the fish it’s from is being responsibly harvested— in a way which preserves the fish communities, environment, oceanic health. Also if dolphins, turtles etc are being harmed. Taste is fine, smell is fine, ingredients are fine, useful as a daily protein. Size is one serving. Package is easy to open.

I always keep several cans of this Mediterranean mackerel in the pantry. It is filling enough for an entire meal. We have a lot of blackouts where I live during the winter due to heavy storms, and so the stove isn't always an option. So whether it's during harsh weather or even a light meal during the summer, this is an easy open package preparation can be anything from dumping the can on the salad to using the air fryer and warming it with bread. It is completely keto friendly on its own. Filling high protein, great quality ingredients and delicious.

Everybody in the family love this flavor of mackerel from King Oscar. The Jalapeño flavor is really good too. It's convenient (boneless) and clean tasting. Excellent quality. I wish their mackerel comes with skin-on though. I'll stock up on this the next time they are on sale.

Inexpensive and surprisingly high quality, taste great. Smell fresh and a very healthy was to get high quality nutrition. All flavors of King Oscar Mackerel are equally very good.

Convenient and perfect on salads or straight from the tin. Pure, clean protein. The quality was good, and I had no trouble opening the can. Two thumbs up!
