I tried this since I can’t have apple cider vinegar when I’m travelling and it was a good alternative for the liquid. There’s no taste so it’s much easier to take as well. I also felt the tablet was a little sticky but other wise you only need to take one tablet each dosage so it was fine and the tablet size is same as other tablet from this company.
