I originally bought this for my mom. The size of the bottle is amazing and the dosage is wonderful. It didn’t irritate her stomach at all. She takes it after meals. She is trying to not lose weight or diet, but like to feel lighter, which this does make her feel as she told me and I tried it once the taste is very tolerable.
