With these gummies it is really easy to get your Vitamin D dose. Because it is a gummie it is less healthy then a capsule, but this is way more easier to take

These organic Vitamin D gummies are a great mixed fruit flavor. The package is a little difficult to open, but I still would recommend the gummies since the texture and taste is great.
