I love this product and trust the brand—I’ve used another supplement from them for myself and noticed real results. That gave me the confidence to try this for my kids to support better sleep and calmness. I gave them one tablet and I think it worked! I bought Zahler ChildCalm for my 6-year-old who shows signs of ADHD. I was hoping it would help him settle down better at school and during bedtime. He’s been taking it for over two months now, and to be honest—I haven’t noticed any clear changes in his behavior. One big downside was the taste. It’s supposed to be fruit punch, but he really didn’t like it and was reluctant to take it. I’ve had to push through to get him to chew it. We haven’t finished the bottle yet, so we’ll keep going to see if there’s any delayed effect. But so far, I can’t say it’s made a meaningful difference. It might work for others, but for us—it’s been pretty underwhelming.

I believe the single tablet I gave them was effective! The chewable structure is really kid-friendly, and the taste is fruity. I really value the addition of saffron and L-theanine.
