The pills are all natural so it should be easier for you at absorb the benefits while taking them with food. There are 90 pill capsules in total. You are supposed to take them twice a day. I take it once a day & I just noticed that I'm not having painful cramps during my menstrual cycle but I get sleepy after taking it so I only take it at night

I did really like this and I do trust the quality and ingredients of organic India. unfortunately they are on the pricy side and I cannot continue to take on a daily basis. This did benefit my during my cycle, there is a mild taste but very tea like/natural.
