Daily suggested dosage of these is 3 capsules/day. For the first week I took 1/day to ease into taking them as a daily supplement . Have been using them for close to a month now and I take 2 capsules daily first thing in the morning with a glass of water-- bloating issues are a thing of the past! Highly recommend if you're experiencing any gut imbalance-- quality product with the ingredient blend my body needed! If swallowing with water, you won't notice any strange taste-- not sure why that has been an issue for anyone: you aren't supposed to chew them. As far as capsule size, they are quite large so if you have difficulty swallowing medication these may not be for you.

It is good as a supplement, but it’s a bit pricey and you have to take three capsules a day so I prepare the powder edition as it’s more affordable

iv been using the powder version for the past 7 years and wanted to try these capsules, well not happy at all the capsules ar Stone hard and the taste is very ood from powder verion in texture. quality seems very off. almost the same price. well will try to use these and will see if it benefits the same as powder.
