Returning to the gym to lift weights after a long break (many months) and I started taking 1 scoop of this every day. My muscles should be much more sore then they have been. I credit this product. Leucine is critical for muscle development. There are lab test results posted also. Know how much heavy metals you are consuming every day. This has no taste, however it is not palatable in plain water as it tastes like drinking fine powder. It's a strange sensation. I mix in 1/2 scoop of JUNP electrolyte powder in 16oz water with 1 scoop of this and it tastes just fine. A tart flavor like berry is best from JUNP. The powder does not completely dissolve in this scenario. Maybe the water reaches maximum saturation...I just continually stir and drink. If you add more water then you have to add more JUNP for flavor, and you are right back where you started except now you are drinking a lot more liquid. It does not upset my stomach at all.

This is a quality and affordable BCAA option and it will last months on a daily consumption. I personally mix this with my collagen and electrolyte mix.

I use this BCAA regularly in combination with another complex. I take it the morning after training on an empty stomach together with creatine. As for the taste, it is slightly bitter if you drink it with a small amount of water. I think this BCAA helps me recover after intense workouts.
