I ordered the watermelon flavour. I find it totally too too sweet. iI ambconsidering using 2/3 of the packet instead of the whole thing. I will order a different flavour next time for sure. I am hoping that the liquid iv manufacturer will consider offering an unflavoured version of this.
My husband loves watermelon and needs more electrolytes. He tried it the other day and loves it. He only uses half a packet for the 16.9 bottle. Adding the whole packet is too much for him.

Great for max hydration during summer. It tastes too sweet so go liberal on the water ratio. Be careful not to dilute it too much.

This product has been a hydration go-to for years. The slim individual packaged portions are great for on the go, and I love that they don’t use artificial sweeteners (a difficult find in the UK!) The flavours are very fresh-tasting and not super synthetic like some others.
