I noticed that some of my knee wrinkles diminish by the fifth day or so. The taste is similar to other hydration drinks, which is ok. Once I add ice it certainly taste better. Will buy again.
Very refreshing with ice, nice taste. Very good for training and sports. Great way to stay hydrated. Individual packaging good when you are on the go. Easy to have on your gymbag to stay hydrated for any workout.

Great way to try out all flavours. For me, peach one is too sweet, so my absolute favourite is watermelon lime. I mix it with lime juice, sparkling water and ice and it makes a nice refreshing drink. Not yet sure about the actual benefits on skin but it’s a good way to stay hydrated.
The flavors are truly out standing! I love the peach flavor. I use this after a heavy workout or when out doing yard work for multiple hours. I can feel myself being hydrated as I drink. Definitely a great way to stay hydrated. I love this product. Get a bag now and try the different flavors.
Peach is the best flavour. Strawberry is fine but Watermelon tastes like medicine. No Watermelon whatsoever. I do have to mix it with at one liter of water otherwise it tastes way too intense. It hydrates very well but it's still to early to see the effects of the collagen.
