I bought this for the first time months ago very skeptical as to whether or not it works. Now, months later, I have it every day. It’s one of the supplements that I can’t go without. I tend to have this shortly after waking up and it brings me from a dehydrated sponge to a functioning person. I no longer need my morning dose of caffeine. The only downside is that they dont have a large pack, so I have to order multiples.

This is so much better than any other electrolyte that I tried. I have migraines and was recommended to drink electrolytes to reduce their frequency. So far, it seems to be working. Also, the strawberry variety tastes great!

I really like the taste and the concept but I think per stick is too big and I have to make a huge drink. Also it doesn’t dissolve super easily

It tastes yummy and made me feel hydrated. While using these packs i drank more water. It’s been a while since I’ve used them i guess i’ll buy a new pack
