We have been drinking Liquid IV for years, and we make sure we never run out.
There are a variety of flavors, and I'm sure you'll find one you like. I like them all, but Tangerine is my personal favorite. My wife likes Watermelon.
We like to garden, and IV keeps us hydrated on hot summer days. It replaces lost electrolytes and is easy to drink. You control the intensity of the flavor since you mix it yourself. The single use packets are easy to carry and use.

it is good if you have POTS. good quality ingredients. I don't love the taste, it's too sweet but I add more water than recommended and it's better. shame there isn't an option without the vitamins so you could have it a couple times a day. I like the lime better
