I got these along with the Spark ones! I have never tried these before and I’m excited to see if I notice any changes! The bottle looks exactly like the picture and the pills are what you expect them to be. They’re clear with powder inside. I don’t like the smell when I open the bottle but the pills don’t really have a taste because I eat them with my meal.

Looking forward to trying this for my menopause symptoms to help balance out my estrogen and progesterone hormones. I’ve heard it is helpful in reducing hot flashes.

seems to have good quality ingredients and capsules. I got in on sale, so good value also. not sure if it's the best value at full price but worth getting a good product I guess. hard to tell specifically what it does but good to take a couple weeks before the period, along with b6 and magnesium.
