Good natural ingredients. I chose this brand for the quality - there is no taste and size is easy to swallow. I like that there is a little bit of ginger to help with the nausea. Wish the packaging is glass, but it's plastic. But overall good.

Finally a multivitamin that doesn't make me want to vomit from the heavy B-vitamin or kelp scent! The vanillin and ginger were great additions to this blend and it's one of the most MCAS-friendly options out there. It's definitely worth trying.

Easy to take, great natural inredients. I discovered this after Naturelo Prenatal went out of stock. It does not have Vitamin A though. I think they are taking precaution because synthetic Vit. A can cause birth defects.

Looks like a good quality supplement. I hope it helps with TTC issues. Have only used it for a few weeks so far. Will update if there’s a positive response. Good size tablet. Only downside is the fishy taste.

good quality ingredient. small size bottle. there's a distinct smell to these capsules, not unpleasant but exactly appetising either. I took this daily as a general pre vitamin and as this supplement seems to have all the requirements vitamins and minerals required. not an unpleasant taste but it was definitely noticeable.
