Useful blend, Good but misleading taste
The casein really helps me from starving until lunch time ~5 hours, I take it with a light breakfast (overnight oats). It tastes like yellow cake instead of a cinnamon sugar type deal which is disappointing and odd to have in shake form. I would bet this is nice as an ice cream or cake, will definitely try those. I would buy it again but not for a protein shake.

Cinnamon cookies
This is one of my favorite proteins. I love cinnamon so this taste really hits home. The mix of whey and casein makes it optimal and beneficial to drink at anytime of the day. I personally use it with my hot cereal in the mornings. The quality is great as always and I feel that I can trust this brand. I like that it is snickerdoodle. I just tried it for the first time i made a smoothie with milk and half a banana. Honestly it’s a bit too sweet for me. But i definitely see myself ordering it again in the future, i feel like it would be a good option in baked goods and morning oats
