Isolate is the best you can get when it comes to protein powders. Less sugar than most of the cheaper products, great taste no bloating. Gold standard is top quality.
I've owned 2 Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydrolysed Whey protein, but for this is the good taste shake that I've purchased. The size is comparable to my 2 other existing ON product, the ingredient were well mixed and not easily clumped together. The quality was reasonably good for its price.
