honestly a bit disappointed in this supplement. the quality seems great, thorne in general is a trusted brand. but unfortunately it didn’t do anything for me. paying 70 dollars for a supplement you would hope it would actually help. i was taking it for mitochondrial health, and ME/CFS. it’s known to boost NAD+ levels, which is a substance in the body that is known to support energy production, which is impaired in many infection associated chronic illnesses. i didn’t get the typical niacin flush even though this is a b3 vitamin, which was nice at least.

So far I love it, but I will have to take it for a few more months in order to say with certainty how effective it is as consistency is key. So far, the quality seems to be fair for the price you're paying. What I've noticed is a slight spike in energy and some improvements with my metabolism. There's no taste whatsoever. The package was very secure when it arrived. The delivery was quick and I had no issues. (Delivery to Bulgaria can be a pain sometimes)
