A great tasting drink with around 11 berries per scoop, this is jam packed with nutrients and good fas an overall drink. All the ingredients are sourced naturally and minimally processed to keep it's nutrient profile and maintain their character. This is essential in delivering the most benefit for your consumption. Recommended!
1. Mix one scoop in Vanilla OUI yogurt = Delicious Blueberry yogurt. It's even better if you add some fresh blueberries. 2. Shake up the recommended 4 scoops in 10 -12 ounces of cold water - Delicious! (there will be some bits of berry at the bottom, though) Good for energy! 3. Mix one or two scoops Berry Whey with one scoop of the Goat's Milk with a neutral or berry flavored cereal and cold water - Delicious! 4. Add to your strawberry or Blueberry smoothie (I found 4 scoops to be TOO creamy. Next time I'll try just 2 or 3 scoops) - Delicious! 4-WAY WIN! I'm sure you can think of more ways to win with this than 4. Get it when iHerb is running a special on it!
This tastes so good! I have this in the afternoon when I get a craving for something sweet. It totally hits the spot. I mix it with just water. When mixed with just a few shakes, a spoon, or a frother, I noticed I had to keep remixing it because some of it settled to the bottom. I solved this issue by mixing it in a blender. It makes it so smooth and creamy that way and I don't have to remix it. The quality is great, the taste is delicious, and the formula is really healthy and nourishing. I love this brand's ethics and will continue to purchase.
I started to take another Mt. Capra whey products, so that I increase an amount of proteins, which are highly absorbable (similar to mother´s milk) and I wanted to try this flavour - blueberries and aronia berries. It´s delicious but somewhat gritty. I like it´s sweetness and I mix it with Mt. Capra Strawberry Splash.
Love this protein, good ingredients and delicious. I love mixing it into my oats or when making chia seed protein for extra protein and nutrition, especially after working out.
Tasty and clean but a bit expensive if you are taking it everyday.
Love to drink this one after 3 eggs in the morning so i get some more protein and carbs! Love the taste and quality of- ordered more!
I think the ingredients seem very high quality, but I didn't love the flavor and it took a little bit of effort to get it fully mixed into the milk. I will finish the bottle and hopefully I will end up liking the flavor more than I currently do.

I wish it taste a bit better but really good quality. it clumps a bit so it is better if you use a blender. I also wish it is not too expensive
