I have two kids with eczema, 1 has mostly grown out of it but it was never bad. the other has it worse, I'd say moderate case in comparison. the Mustela cold cream works great for the 1 that has mostly grown out of eczema. it does not work well for my other little with moderate eczema, it breaks them out - but the stick balm of this same scent for the face is fine (plus other Mustela products have been great for the moderate eczema as well) the scent for this cold cream is much stronger so it's just my assumption that something there is irritating the skin. The size of the product is really great. I use it mainly at night, after a bath for the child that can use it without worry.
