This chili is very flavorful, used it on a tikka masala recipe. Very mildly hot, with a warm sensation in the mouth (but nothing overly powerful). Package is sturdy, glass bottle with perforated lid. Long expiration date. I recommend it.

Using this spice adds a fine kick to dishes as well as wonderful colour. Comes finely packaged and ready to use. It is good that it is organic so I feel confident that I can use it in my recipes without worries. It gives a slightly different aroma to generic chili powders so I suppose it goes really well with recipes from the Indian subcontinent and all the wonderful national cuisines around it.

Maybe I am really overly enthusiastic because I REALLY like spicy food, but I like how red this red chilli powder is....I've tried to recreate my favourite East Indian dishes, but to no avail, but this is NOT the fault of this delicious Chilli Powder....this is a me problem. I like that it is organic as well.

Kashmiri Red Chili powder can be pretty hard to find locally, so I'm thankful iHerb supplies these. It's clean and organic, what's not to love? The price seems fair, especially for a powder that's relatively rare, and supply can last for a bit if you're not constantly cooking Indian food. I have no complaints!
