Great quality ingredients and a pretty big size since a little goes a long way. This is great to use as a tajin substitute. This doesn’t taste like tajin at all, it taste like a more expensive, refined version you’d find at a restaurant. It has a sharp/pungent chilli taste, with a lemon zest after taste. It’s great on tomatoes, fruit, veggies, etc.

First of all, this is one of the best food companies on the site, and the spice is really tasty, it's not very strong, so you have to add it generously, but the taste is really great! Highly recommend.
