Decent basic multivitamin, but clearly more marketing than physiology. B vitamins are far above physiological needs. It adds no benefit for recovery or performance in non‑deficient people. Also high vitamin E dosage. So do not stack with other B‑vitamin or antioxidant supplements. Magnesium amount is not trivial though oxide form is poor. Vitamin D is insufficient unless you live in sunny region and often go outside. Most "matrix" blends are underdosed and add little real value
