I marathon train consistently and I found this to be a great multi. It’s one of the few that has folate instead of folic and I like the copper inclusion. Wish I didn’t have to take 4 capsules per serving though.

Item came quickly and undamaged. It has comprehensive vitamins and minerals, better than most other brands on the market. It could be better and some of the forms could be better, but I have yet to find a better alternative. I like that the serving is 4 pills, instead of 1 giant pill, that way I can break up the serving through out the day or just take less, as I am very sensitive to most substances and your body can only process/ absorb so much at a time.
