I have been purchasing Balance Oil for a couple of years, and it’s great to add to my daily smoothies. I usually use more than half a teaspoon. It's important to note that it should be consumed within 12 weeks. Body Bio advised me that I could freeze a portion of it if I feel I won’t be able to use it within that time frame.
I've found that my skin has benefited since taking this balance oil and the PC. I really love this brand and their products/ingredients. Taste is fine and quality is superb. I will purchase again. I'm thankful iherb stocks these products that are otherwise hard to get in Canada or we have to pay tarriff. Great size for value.

This was so good! After half a big bottle I could already notice my skin being so much better, smoother, more plump and hydrated. Also I have had noticeably less headaches. I did use other products as well but as I ran out of it I could understand this contributed a lot to me feeling so much better! So all and all perfect quality, clean ingredients, good size (453ml bottle) with plenty of health benefits!
