I got the capsules bc the liquid was out of stock and I wanted to keep on track with daily supplementation. I actually just cracked them open in my mouth and chewed, then got rid of the gel cap! Easy peasy! Happy as always with BodyBio :)

my dr. recommended this product to help balance out my omega 3 and 6 levels. the gel capsule is quite large for me to swallow. I used this product in the liquid form instead of the capsule. the quality of the brand and product is good
