Monolauren is mono-ester of lauric acid, a fatty acid naturally found in coconut oil. I found Monolauren last year looking for a natural supplement to take to help in the fight against c-19. Thank goodness havent had to use it for that, but have found that it really shortened up a bad head cold (that tested neg for covid) and when used for canker sore. As any other supplement, results may vary from body to body, in my case two pills together at night helped me get rid of a cold and a sore throat that was lasting more than two weeks, maybe it is just me, but for the price and the nonexisting side effects it is worth the try.
