Works good as my vitamin k went up after couple weeks of use, nevertheless I think that taking vitamin k is better when paired with vitamin d as well.

I’m taking it night time for more effective. The bottle is too big to the tiny tab and sometimes hard to get it and drop it off. Just peace of mind, I’m taking the supplement. Not sure it is working or not.
