I was really suffering with hot flashes specially at night . Once I started taking Hormonious I sleep much better and I don’t feel the hot flashes. This only after a week taking Hormonious.
This is a great product that has a lot of great ingredients such as maca and ashwaganda to support hormonal health and balance. The product has 90 capsules and lasts a long time. The taste is not an issue because you are not chewing it :) and the herbs used are very specific to hormonal health and of a high quality. Would recommend!
