I'm following the Medical Medium protocol as much as I can, and he recommends to drink wheat grass juice, and it is easier to mix it with the powder
Package is resealable. It is easy to blend in water, and I'm sure it can be easily blended in most liquids. I have no problem with the taste, it's earthy. Some may not like the taste. I only used a teaspoon once a day initially, now I have moved up to two teaspoons. I use one in the morning and one before bed. I haven't had any stomach issues going slowly. I have noticed and increase in my energy level so far. I started using it in March. It is a very good product.

I take this instead of a muti vitamin, as i find it more natural than a synthetic pill. I like the taste and just add it to a smoothie or just by a spoonful. Not a fan of it just in water alone. My nails seem to be stronger too. Quality is great too!
