it helped me with the insuline resistance a little bit. i feel less like dying when eating something sweat. my skin is very clear and nice and i feel so much better. the ingridients are myo inosit and d-chiro inositol with mthf acid and methylcobalamin which i like better. First day i have tryied it i exoerienced some stomach discomfort, but not anymore. the taste is a little bit sweet... i mix it with collagen and other supllements so i dont feel it. i use it everyday in the morning.

I use inositol to help with my insulin resistant PCOS. With a calorie deficit (with emphasis on eating whole foods) and regular exercise, I have seen a reduction in my weight. As for the dosage, I take one scoop in the morning and one before bed. Good quality product with no unnecessary ingredients. I am able to drink it with just water because it has no taste. So far I'm satisfied.

Finally! Been waiting for this to be back in stock for so long! The price compared to the size is GREAT compared to other brands. And the ingredients are exactly what I need for my PCOS symptoms. Tastes slightly sweet when mixed with water. Will update after a month or so of using it! Update: helped a lot in regulating my cycle and managing my period symptoms. When I take this during my period my bleeding is lighter and cramps less painful. I get much less hormonal acne than I used to. Maybe one pimple every two months.

I have all of the above and this really did help. it lowers my cholesterol by about 50 points, without diet. and I managed to get a perfect test by adding a diet, which never worked on its own before I started taking this supplement. I also take the pill that increases your cholesterol even more. so this I great result. also helped stabilize my Endo, less pain, especially on periods. this with diim had stabilized my hormon imbalance, which was estrogen dominance. price is ok I guess. more affordable that other brands, and ingredients and dosage is great. its a good quality supplement. i take two scoops a day so one package is for 15 days. doest taste like much, I mix it with other supplements and add a bit of electrolyte mix for the taste.

Looks like decent product. Taste slightly sweet. Helped me a bit with hormones, but i think needed use longer course of that ingredients. Size enough for a month. My doctor said it coud be beneficial to use inositol to balance my cycle. I feel okay but maybe needed to use more for full recovery.

I love this Ovasense supplement because it works so well in improving women’s reproductive health. The ingredients and quality is amazing. This powder has no taste and the size and packaging is fair for the price. I have seen a great benefit in terms of weight loss whilst I am TTCing and I am hoping to conceive soon. I recommend taking this before the first trimester and you will feel great!

After a year, I got my period back because of this. I have PCOS and yeah it's so hard having my period regular without pills. But because of this, I just had it after a month (?) of taking it. Given that I only take one scoop a day mixing it with aloe or apple juice. The best!
