Just look it up. This vitamin is my main everyday nutrition with magnesium and b complex. Incredible benefits. Best quality good size. I don't mind the taste coz benefits are huge. If you are consuming carbs tea coffee sugar it's a must. Start slow and build it up. 300 mg twice a day is my sweet spot. Sometimes 3 times a day. Always with magnesium and b complex from paradise herbs.

i was not expecting this quality from such a low price. i am really amazed. i use benfotiamine for my stuttering and this brands works just as well as the other expensive ones. there's no after taste, i will be purchasing again, i also take magnesium bisglycinate with it. the ingredients are awesome

I have been taking this for just over a month, and have found that at times, I have been able to simply forget that my feet were constantly painful when standing and walking. I have to mention however, that I usually do not eat any carbs, but when I do lapse, then the foot pain returns, and with a vengeance. So, while Benfotiamine does assist with this condition, a holistic approach is required, and other factors need to be accounted for.
