I hate swallowing pills. Even the smaller Lutein capsules. So decided to give this a try. It tastes so good. No idea if the supplement works or not. I didn't notice any visible changes when I was taking capsules either. This is the type of supplement that works silently.

took it early morning, empty stomach to start my day since a little bit sweet..but I loved thdle tropical flavor, I wanted also to give it to my kids who spend much time in gadget but unfortunately it has SOY ingredients that needed to be avoided by G6PD. Hopefully you can remove these ingredients. Nevertheless, I loved it! I have ordered again.

I liked the gummies version, I take it instead of candy which has very nice taste, compared to other gummies from alive, for example. Quality is good, not too much additives or preservatives. But what I like more is the size + portion, 20+4mg is quite high, in studies they used 10+2mg respectively, and showed significant results in eye performance.
