I love Fisherman's Friend cough drops. I like the honey lemon flavor. I love the fact that they are sugar free...so does my dentist.

My husband and I love this brand! The original menthol is minty strong and not sweet which is a plus in my opinion. It's a cough suppressant, not candy :) The honey-lemon flavor is a nice change of pace and just as effective as the original. We love the bulk packaging and pack size for the value.

Super surprised that these don't taste sugar-free! They do have the menthol taste which is not great, but it's what I signed up for. The lemon is a nice flavor and they definitely help sooth a sore throat. Tastes better than the Fisherman's Friend ORIGINAL. Will re-order for sure!

Menthol cough pastilles do not contain sugar. They help relieve periodic mild sore throat and cough. The effect is quite rapid after taking one pastille. They have a pleasant taste.
