Im not pregnant but take 1 or 2 a week to fill in any nutritional gaps. I saw a bunch of new hair growth when I started taking them. The added Iron is great at well for helping to build back my low ferritin levels. The high dose of biotin does make my kp worse though.

This is a great multivitamin for daily use. I take one per day for the bare minimum doses. Or take more when needed.

My Endo told me about this prenatal, that would be more natural, better for me overall, and help in my fertility journey. Strongly recommend for quality, ingredients vital for pregnancy, and easy to take even for the somewhat larger size.
