I've taken so many different multivitamins, and this by far exceeds all of them in the amount of energy it provides. My husband won't take any other brand because he loves this one so much. I've even tried it and compared it to the women's GOL multivitamin and there is no comparison. Something about the Men's makes it significantly more effective.
