No side effects experienced 3 more bottles to go.the capsules seem big but they go down the throat smoothly. Drinking a lot of water may help get rid of the after taste which can sometimes be unpleasant as any other. I will be going for my test once I have downed my 3rd bottle. I will give feed back after the preliminary test. 1080 capsules are not a joke.
