My 15 year old son has been taking this for about a year now & it has improved his energy levels. He takes 2 tablets as recommended & it helps him thru the day. Though this is a good quality teen multivitamin with lots of good benefit especially for athletes, sad to say that the taste and smell is a let down. I cut the capsule because its quite big, as my son is not used in swallong pills yet. But ingredient is good for overall immune and brain health support.
