I found this in Europe, I have extreme iron deficiency, I only take liquid iron supplements & this by far, with the updated vegan formulas is my only go to. It’s full of natural high quality composition but most importantly it doesn’t disrupt or hurt my stomach or bowel movement. Which can be a high side effect w iron supplements. Biggest thing to note dark glass requires it to stay in low temperature if you live somewhere warm I recommend keeping in cool place or in the fridge as it has potential to ferment. I have no issue w the taste dark medium textured liquid hint of sweet berry. I take higher dose pre, during and post cycle best results- or higher dose each day if really feeling the need.

I highly recommend taking this if you are in need of an iron supplement it does the job and like I said, the taste is very tolerable.
