We take this zinc with the whole family, the child likes the taste and shape. I like the composition of this zinc, that the daily value is not more than 100 and it is not so easy to get an overdose, which is not very good for health. For the same reason, my parents also bought
All of my kids have a zinc deficiency, and I learned that a zinc deficiency is related to eczema, something that two of my kids suffer from to an extreme degree. I am super picky about vitamins and want food-based vitamins that are organic and not full of fillers and sugars. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find that in zinc, but this was the next best alternative. They aren't terribly unhealthy, but know they won't meet stringent health requirements. My kids love these, and that's a huge plus.
The zinc lozenges are of excellent quality. Great for kids, they look forward to which animal they'll get; a fun way to get them to eat vitamins or minerals that are needed to boost their immunity. A bonus is how much they enjoy the taste without artificial ingredients. I strongly recommend+++
