Prenatal Multivitamin, 90 Capsules

It's so hard to find good quality supplements that use only natural ingredients. So many of them out there use synthetic nonsense that you probably don't want to be ingesting. This one has only natural ingredients, but make sure you also research whether or not you'll have to take DHA, which is crucial to the baby's neurological development. The packaging is nice, although I'm not crazy about the lid, which sometimes get stuck at a weird angle. Dr. Axe also has a great website full of info and recipes.

Although it's 3 tablets, they're easy to swallow and doesn't taste offensive which was very important to me during the 1st trimester. I like the brand and the ingredients. I plan to keep taking them throughout my pregnancy and postnatal too.

Really good prenatals if like me you have intolerances and other ones affect your tummy. I am from the UK but order these from USA as we don't have good prenatals here! Recommend 100%!

Good balance of most vitamins, most other multivitamin have too much in each serving.

After a lot of research , I bought the 2 brands of prenatal here that seemed to be the best (out of whole foods, organic, right kind of folate...). What I loved about this one is that the jar is plastic, so it's light weight. I could just put it in my purse when going out, and I'd leave the other one (glass jar) at home. Also, it doesn't have any smell or taste.
