I use and trust this brand for many uses. I was so happy to find a blood circulation formula. I am 63 and diabetic, so really need this help. I've recently learned that deaths are significantly up for circulation issues so I'd say this is a must for anyone even starting at 12.

Amazing quality ingredients that help and benefit your blood circulation. Especially cayenne. The size of pills is good so they are to swallow. Nice brand that has good quality ingredients in their supplements. It doesn’t have any taste so don’t worry about the cayenne being spicy. Would buy again!

I love this formula. I'm using it with other Dr. Christopher ones to increase the speed of their effectiveness, and to help my poor blood flow (I'm almost always cold). It has garlic in it but I don't taste it, and even though I am sensitive to eating some forms of garlic, this formula has never bothered me. The cayenne give a warms to my heart that is consoling and shows me that it is indeed helping. Best to drink a lot of water with it.
I’m purchasing this product again. It gives noticeable relief in my legs. Still, I recommend choosing such products individually based on your specific concerns.
since the formula has herbs that are wildcrafted or raw , it takes some time to feel the effect , unlike formulas with extracts . Benefits include proper circulation of blood to all parts , capsule size and dosage are perfect, all chistopher formulas tend to have a laxative effect due to cayenne pepper inclusion.
After reading all the positive reviews for this product I was so hopeful it would help with my poor circulation. Unfortunately it didn't help at all. I still have cold feet and hands. These pills give burning sensation the stomach, so it's better to take them with food. I will not buy again.
