Frontier herbs always taste fresh. This spearmint was no exception. It is chopped but remains large enough to stay inside the tea ball.

Great quality tea with resealable packaging. Size is decently big. I use it to make spearmint tea for my pcos. Tastes good with no caffeine, so no harm in drinking it daily. One teaspoon serving is enough per cup, I use it with ingredients like monkfruit sweetener when I’m on a diet.
