I use the big box size cuz this is the good stuff!!! I've had it before, and I'm having it again, really always looking forward to opening the package at the end of the day. Having this tea is part of my evening routine. Just make sure that your system isn't laced already with caffeinated beverages from earlier in the day, as the relaxing effect benefits will be diminished. Mild scent, but relaxing effect with a smooth taste for this blend of ingredients.

This has always been my favorite tea! The benefits are amazing considering that it’s all natural. I like the size and packaging too. The blend and taste is great. It’s great quality and relaxes my mind all the time. I take it before sleeping only when I am stressed and can’t sleep and I feel so amazing the next day, like I’m a whole new person. I use it sometimes and I love the ingredients in it, especially that it’s caffeine-free.
We really love the taste and smell of this tea. We always keep it in the house and order it again as soon as it runs out. It’s perfect for chilly weather and for drinking before bedtime. Plus, it’s labeled as gluten-free, which is a great bonus for us
I have always had trouble falling asleep after the 11 pm shift at work. I tried this tea last night. I didn't feel much. I was scrolling on my phone and suddenly within 30 minutes my eyes got droopy. keep in mind I never fall asleep easily after the evening shift, I always end up passing out after 1 am. okay so for he obligatory words I gotta use, the scent and taste is minty, not bad, better than pure chamomile which I hate the taste of. it's 20 tea bags so if I were you I would use it either half a teabag or use it only when needed. package is silly like other tea companies lol. the servings you can stretch them as I mentioned.
I am a great fan of this product. The package is well thought out and environmentally aware. After opening the outer box along the lines, there is an inner bag to preserve freshness, and in it the tea bags themselves. The bags are without any string or attachment which is better for the environment but requires a teaspoon to take them out. The taste is slightly minty but has other tastes in it. Altogether it's a gentle and tasty tea that's calming and pleasant. it is caffeine free and the size of the package is quite big so it should last for a while.
This tea is my absolute bedtime favorite! The flavor is mild and soothing, with just the right mix of chamomile and mint. It really helps me relax before sleep and calms my nerves. I love that it’s caffeine-free and all-natural. Highly recommend for anyone who has trouble winding down in the evening.
