Zinc 15+ Chelated, 100 Tablets

This zinc supplement is pretty good. The tablet size is pretty small so they are easy to swallow. The amount of zinc per tablet (15 mg) is not too high above the recommend daily amount, like some other supplements. This was important for me because taking too much zinc can lower your copper levels and lower your immunity. The zinc in this product is a bioavailable type and the extra ingredients help with its absorption. I take it everyday with some water right before breakfast. It doesn't leave a bad taste. The bottle is good, it comes with an easy to use flip cap. I do wish it was smaller because the pills fill such a small space of the bottle, so it's a waste of plastic (the bottle could easily be half as tall). In summary, I'm happy with the quality and price of this product. I recommend it.

I take this everyday together with meal, no worries about the tablet color as it is normally grey. This one has not only zinc, but also includes Betaine HCL and trace minerals. Chelated tablets are suitable for me as I feel it's working more efficient for its content and ingredients. I have a good results for immune and hair growth. I’ve been taking Chelated Zinc and feel my immune system is stronger and more resilient. It also seems to help with skin health and faster recovery from minor irritations.

I like this smaller dose of zinc in a tiny tablet form, I believe some other brands have higher doses and too much can affect copper levels. I’m a Pollotarian or Semi-vegetarian, I don’t eat red meat, so my zinc levels dropped and my hair lightened, but feeling and looking better since supplementing with zinc and this chelated version is absorbed faster. Very happy with this product - good price for the quantity and dosage.I am very pleased with the really small tablets's size because I have difficulties swallowing big pills. The bottle is easy to open but I don't see the point of having a bottle this big for the tiny amount of pills inside. It is waste of material and it takes more space.

Quality is great I recommend this one. I usually take a higher amount of zinc daily but I’m not sure it’s needed to be more when I’m using it daily so I feel like this one’s really good for what I need. It’s super tiny too. Which is good for some ppl that dislike larger pills

I use this Kal Zinc to cover my Zinc deficiency. It gives 15 mg Zinc which is perfect. Amino Acid chelate which is the gentle form. Quality is great. Other ingredients are helpful. Small size tab extremely easy to swallow. Packaging is very nice love the box. Zinc is required for immunity and testosterone.
