I am in the process of transitioning to a low carb lifestyle (not quite keto but close enough) and have been taking this supplement along with completely cutting out sugar and grains and most carbs. I got this from the try it section. Definitely drink lots of water. After being diagnosed with asthma i haven't been as active. I mostly notice i feel more alert and able to do things, so it's easier to take a long walk or get through an active job. Definitely consult a doctor and start with one dose in the morning, i only ever take one or two doses a day and take a break if i need to.

the quality is very good..iv had no reaction to any of the ingredients the size is just right the dosage I take is good for me. I take 2 at lunch and 2 before my evening meal as I skip breakfast and the benefit iv had is great. as for the taste I haven't really noticed any taste. and iv lost 5 kgs of belly fat.
