This Night time fat burner has a good benefit for me, now I have a good quality sleep since i started taking this supplement and i dont feel any side effect, I am just taking this 1 dosage at night after my dinner and it has no taste, I have lost almost 1kg for a week with no diet and exercise., i love the mechanism of action of this supplement because it has my favorite ingredients which is White kidney bean that block the absorption of Carbohydrates., so for me my verdict with this product is effective and I will continue taking this supplement to manage my weight.

It's very hard to determine a direct effect, but what I can say is that there are no negative effects since using this product (me and my husband use it for a multiple months already). Sleep quality is good. Metabolism works, body releases it's trash like a clock. It wasn't so good before.

This product does help in getting me a more consistent sleep at night, although I need to take 3 per night to have any effect . There is not any Burn that happens over night though. It is a sleep aid, nothing else.

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now. I haven’t gained weight but I haven’t really lost any either… Though I must admit I haven’t been sticking to my diet and exercise as muck as I should be. It does help with sleeping and doesn’t make me feel groggy in the morning. I gave it 4 stars because I am disappointed that I haven’t seen much difference with my body.

This night time fat burner has decent quality, and I appreciate the clean ingredients. The dosage is simple, and the capsules are easy to take. However, the benefits were mild — I felt some relaxation but not much difference in fat burning. The 60-count size runs out quickly, so the value isn’t great.
