I have been taking this for 3 months. I did not feel any results in the first 2... hence I have been told with anything it does take 3 months. I still was suffering with hot flashes in the first 2 months. Now they are gone...However I did start incorporating morninga tea ( I read it helps with hormones).

first of all, i did a metaanalysis for my studies and vitex agnus did the best for menopause. but on the personal side, who knows if these supplements do anything. for example for the gut, i had issues years agoband started taking supplements. i think the sympthoms were gone long time ago but the supplements were causing issues. keep in mind all supplements have side effect. the best think for hormonal issuesis Lactobacillus and that can easily be goten from kefir (it will then migrate vaginally)

i took it together with multivits daily. and i believe it helps generally. no strange taste, and i think the quality of ingredients is rather good.
