Potassium Magnesium Citrate, 240 Vegetarian Capsules

I highly recommend this supplement. Most especially for anyone with high BP. Very high quality.

I'm still not sure how much I like these supplements. I have noticed that I start feeling nauseous if I take the capsule after breakfast. Magnesium citrate can also be a strong laxative. I wanted to try these supplements for potassium. I don't see any aspects that would make me want to order the product again. Magnesium glycinate works better for me.

The added potassium for this magnesium helps me with energy. Giving up coffee was hard but with this blend I cannot complain. The ingredients are clean. The quality exceptional. And the benefits for me and my family have been great!

I chose this brand of magnesium after a friend's recommendation. She said it helped her greatly with her joint pain and sleep. No taste considering it's in a capsule and the size of the capsules are acceptable. My mom just started taking it - will report back after she takes it for a while!

Good and quality ingredient of potassium magnesium citrate used by metabolic maintenance . I found that the capsule size acceptable and i do not have any problem swallowing it. Good supplement for health maintenance. No issue noted on the taste of this mineral supplement. overall all is quite good for me.

this product was recommended to support when I have painful oxalate dumping. I am not sure I tolerate the potassium well though. high quality ingredients and will test more.
